So helpful to understand this concept more fully. So is visualization with effort a beneficial practice? I have read that visualizing can be powerful for change.
Where people get stuck is when visualization becomes fantasy instead of preparation.
Visualization isn’t meant to replace action. It’s meant to align you with it. When you visualize in a grounded way, you’re training your nervous system to recognize what safety, success, love, or stability actually feels like. That matters.
If you visualize and then feel inspired to move, speak, apply, build, repair, show up differently, that’s alignment.
If you visualize and then wait for the Universe to do everything for you, that’s avoidance.
Effort and visualization aren’t opposites. Visualization should focus your effort, not eliminate it. :)
The best discussion on the topic of manifestation I have ever read. Thank you so much! Namaste, Josh
